Of course there are more sources/properties etc but i have just included some as you will never be asked for a long list of them.
As with all vitamins/mineral, logically the effects of deficiency are usually the opposite of the functions so that may help you remember them. UI have highlighted a few of the similarites across the differfent vitamins.
